A Visual Storyteller

Bush and Water was first established April 2017 by Founder,

Ileshia "ILLY" Williams in St. Catherine, Jamaica. Bush and Water became legally operational on June 30, 2017.

Her journey began at birth, though unbeknownst to her, she evolved into the lover of the open waters and explored the mystical roots in the land of Bush and Water.

Her quest to thrive as an entrepreneur led her to her Godfather's farm and by the seashore with her father. As Illy sought growth and independence, she decided to delve further into the Agriculture and Fisheries Industries.

She grew a network of over 50 farmers and fishermen, islandwide. She later pursued the growth of Bush and Water full time. By August 2017, Illy had developed a customer database, delivery schedule and order requests of fresh farm to fork and fresh seafood for her residential and commercial clientele. She was determined to grow Bush and Water into a health provider company connecting local farmers and fishermen to the nation.

Her determination, passion and drive along with knowledge, experience and wit brought many opportunities that she has capitalized from over the past 3 years.

She recounts, "I have had the great fortune of working with some truly inspiring individuals while networking with many influential and creative ones along the way. Life is about transforming self and in doing so we have to find the light within to spark the path."

By July 2018, Ileshia and her brother Dwayne, opened the doors of Bush and Water Restaurant and Bar with Head Chef, Curtis Concrete Marshall. Ileshia's vision for the restaurant was to provide healthy alternative food options that would help consumers transition to a vegan lifestyle. Chef Marshall was the perfect fit for the journey! As Jamaica's youngest Raw Food Chef, Illy & Concrete later transformed the popularly known Back Road to the Entertainment Boulevard. Chef Marshall created mouth-watering live food, vegan and seafood dishes that are yet to be served in any other establishment.
